1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "you", "user", "player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the dg33 platform.

4 Account Use and Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your dg33 account. The following obligations apply at all times:

• You must notify dg33 immediately via live chat support if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You must not allow any other person to use your dg33 account, including family members. Each individual must register their own account.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software of any kind to access or interact with the dg33 platform.
• You must ensure that your registered mobile number and email address remain active and accessible, as these are used for OTP verification and account communications.

dg33 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Where unauthorised access is suspected, dg33 may temporarily freeze the account pending investigation.

5 Deposits and Payment Methods

dg33 supports the following payment methods for deposits by players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, City Bank
• International cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported)

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in your own name.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. dg33 may request a copy of your NID, passport, or other acceptable identity document.
• Withdrawals of ৳50,000 or above require enhanced verification, which may include proof of address and source of funds documentation.
• dg33 targets withdrawal processing times of under 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• dg33 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) reviews on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing pending satisfactory review.

dg33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and freeze account balances if fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or violation of these Terms is suspected pending investigation.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

dg33 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed registration and verified their account.
• Each player is eligible to claim each promotion once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. dg33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
• dg33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error, including incorrect odds, incorrect market conditions, or technical errors in the platform.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game round, dg33's records shall be the authoritative source. dg33's decision on all betting disputes is final.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dg33 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals:

• Multi-accounting: Registering more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment method.

10 Responsible Gaming

• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the dg33 platform without the express written permission of dg33.
• Game content provided by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Netent remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is governed by their licensing terms.

12 Limitation of Liability
